WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Looking to work with us? The process is very simple and is outlined below:

First enquiry
Whether you’ve contacted our sales team or met us on a job, we’ll offer and book in a free site survey with one of our experienced surveyors.

Site survey
We'll visit you, carry out a full security review and provide a tailored quote. Our quote will contain a full system specification and price for the systems we recommend.

Install date
If you're happy with the quote, we'll get in touch to arrange an installation date. We'll allocate an engineer and they will arrive promptly at the start of the day, ready to install your chosen system.

Installation
All systems are fitted with extreme attention to detail and care for your property. Before the system is handed over our engineers will provide a full tutorial and will answer any questions.

Care & support
We offer an aftercare maintenance and support service. This includes a technical helpdesk during office hours and on-call engineer out of office hours, available 365 days a year.

Maintenance
One year on, we will contact you to book your first system service. Where an engineer will inspect the system and ensure it continues to function at it's full potential. An engineer's report will be sent out after the service is complete.
